Terms & Conditions for m711 — Please Read Before You Play

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on m711. m711 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials. Any activity conducted through an Account using correct login credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by the registered Account holder, regardless of whether that activity was actually authorised by that person.

m711 accepts deposits in Bangladesh Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps which are outside the control of m711.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in the Player's own legal name. m711 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Where a deposit is received from a payment method not matching the Player's verified identity, m711 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the Account pending investigation.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed in real time and credited to the m711 Account balance within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. m711 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transfer fees for which m711 accepts no responsibility.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed the identity verification process (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's verified name. m711 will not send funds to third-party accounts or wallets.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five minutes of approval under normal conditions. Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take between three and five business days depending on the issuing bank.

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money Balance that has been cleared through the applicable wagering requirements may be requested for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds that have not been cleared will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
